Most of our students are minors (Class 9–12), so we keep this simple and say plainly what happens to your data.
What we collect: a guardian's name, email, phone, and password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text); a student's name, class/repeater status, school type, city and state; and, if you claim the government-school rate, a copy of a bonafide certificate.
Where it lives: on our own application server and database — not emailed to a personal inbox, not shared with a third-party mailing list. Uploaded certificates are only ever visible to a logged-in staff reviewer, never served publicly.
What it's used for: running your account, verifying the discounted tier, processing payments for the tests you buy, and showing you your own test history. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.
Payments: test payments are processed through Razorpay, a licensed Indian payment gateway — we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves. If you prefer, you can also pay by direct UPI/bank transfer and note the reference for our team to verify manually.
